This is a great stretch for your hamstrings, chest and shoulders, and quads. Anna uses yoga poses to open the chest and back, and improve back flexibility.

Anna takes you through a static stretch for the hamstring, piriformis, quad and chest.
AKTrainer Ariel uses a foam roller to open the chest and release the back, as well as release the glute, piriformis, and IT band. Don't forget to release the other side, too!
