  2. Beginner Workout Series

    7 Seasons

    If you are new to AKT, getting back into fitness, or working up to complete the 60 minute workouts, this plan is for you. Our Beginner Series is comprised of four 30-40 minute workouts to improve your cardio endurance, strength, and flexibility.

    For best results alternate through the workouts. Do two workout days in a row, then an active rest day (walk, stretch, foam roll, yoga).

    This series changes on the 1st and the 15th of the month.

  3. Advanced Workout Series

    7 Seasons

    For our Advanced AKT clients, you'll always be challenged with this ever-changing series of workouts. Take advantage of this trainer designed program that uses all of Anna's signature workouts to keep you fit, strong, and ready for anything.

    For best results alternate through the workouts, 5-6 days a week. Take one or two active rest days (walk, stretch, foam roll, yoga).
